Bureau of Reclamation Environmental and Cultural Resources Services Blanket Purchase Agreement – BPA (2018-2023)

This is a five-year BPA to provide a full range of environmental, cultural resources, and related services for projects within the Bureau of Reclamation Upper Colorado Region (Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming). Support services provided by RedFISH include activities associated with NEPA, ESA, BBTA, CAA, CWA, NHPA, NAGPRA, ARPA, and RCRA.
